1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

To bring you the finest curated designs, our products are dispatched directly from our specialized fashion supply chain hubs.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically verified and prepared within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Timeline: Standard shipping generally takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over a specified promotional threshold. Shipping rates and thresholds are automatically calculated at checkout.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We want you to shop with absolute confidence. We offer an extended 60-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, your items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Are there any return fees?

None at all. We believe in a transparent shopping experience. There are no restocking fees, and we provide a prepaid shipping label so you can return your items completely free of charge.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected at our hub, we will process your refund immediately. The funds will automatically be credited back to your original payment method within 12 business days.

3. PRODUCTS & SIZING

How do I choose the correct size?

Most of our pieces feature a modern, true-to-size fit. You can find precise measurements on each product page by clicking our Size Guide. If an item has a relaxed or flowy silhouette, it will be explicitly noted in the product description to help you make the perfect choice.

An item I love is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

To maintain exclusivity and reduce waste, many of our curated collections are released in limited drops. However, we do occasionally restock highly demanded essentials. We highly recommend signing up for restock notifications directly on the product page or joining our newsletter to be notified first.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our supply chain system is automated to process and pack orders instantly, we can only accommodate modifications or cancellations within 30 minutes of order placement. Please email us immediately at support with your order number if you need to make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and encrypted secure payments via PayPal.
